Dr. Obdulia Rondon
Born in Cuba, Dr. Rondon attended the School of Dentistry in Santiago De Cuba, Cuba. She came to the U.S. and validated her degree at Nova Southern University, College of Dentistry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, receiving her D.M.D. in 2003.
That same year, she relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. She began her career as an associate dentist in the practice that would become JR Dental. Since 2004, Dr Rondon has been providing quality, patient centered care at JR Dental.
Her emphasis on patient comfort as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable her to provide his patients with the best quality of care in the field. She takes hours of continuing education courses each year to constantly better herself and the care she delivers to her patients. She continues to expand her dental expertise in the fields of dental implants, cosmetic and general dentistry having completed courses at Implant Seminars, Completion of CEREC/CADCAM Course , Advanced Dental Seminars, Platelet Rich Plasma, Laser Dentistry, and Cone Beam CT.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), America Dental Implant Association (ADIA), Florida Dental Association (FDA) and North East District Dental Association (NEDDA).
Dr. Rondon enjoys giving back to the community that has given so much to her and her family. She has volunteered her time and effort to a variety of causes here in Jacksonville and local businesses such as Sulzbacher Center, Healing Hands Clinic, Project HERO,Give Kids a Smile, and the Special Olympics. As a parent of a child with autism, she also devotes her time to finding new ways to educate and incorporate children with special needs into society.
Dr. Rondon enjoys spending time with her family. Dr. Rondon is married to Alexis and they have 3 beautiful children. Baby girl Valentina joined 2 big brothers Alex and Eduardo, in April 2014.
Dr. Yaney Gonzalez
A native of Havana, Cuba, Yaney Gonzalez DMD immigrated to the United States when she was only 13 years old. Dr. Gonzalez received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Florida International University in 2002. The University of Kentucky College of Dentistry granted Dr. Gonzalez her Doctoral degree in 2006. She completed an Advanced Education in General Dental Practice residency from the University of Florida at Hialeah in 2007 where she received advanced training in endodontics, reconstructive dentistry and implantology along with all other areas of dentistry. Dr. Gonzalez practiced general dentistry as an associate in south Florida from 2007 to 2010. She moved to Jacksonville, Florida in the fall of 2010 when she joined the wonderful staff of JR Dental.

Dr. Gonzalez is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and the Northeast Florida Dental Association.

Dr. Jeannette Hanna
Jeannette Hanna DMD, graduated undergrad from Florida Atlantic University with a major in Biological Sciences and a minor in Psychology in 2009. She then attended Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine and received her Doctoral degree in 2013. Dr.Hanna then moved to Jacksonville, Florida to join the JR Dental Practice.
Dr.Hanna’s passion is giving back to the community in the form of dentistry. During Dental School, Dr.Hanna attend 3 dental service trips overseas. She traveled to Guatemala in 2010, 2011 and the Dominican Republic in 2012 and helped serve the underserved people of these countries with dental procedures and dental education. Dr.Hanna is excited to start volunteering her time to the city of Jacksonville in the same way.
Dr.Hanna is an active member of the American Dental Association as well as the Florida Dental Association. She loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, running and traveling.
Dr. Anny Oliva Perez
Anny Oliva Perez, DMD, graduated with honors from the School of Dentistry in Havana, Cuba. Starting in 2007, Dr. Perez practiced general dentistry in Cuba and Venezuela before coming to the United States in 2009. While working full time during the day as a dental assistant, she continued her education at night and became a licensed dentist in the United States.
Anny has experience in every aspect of the dental practice. During her path to become a licensed dentist in the U.S., she has learned new techniques and technology, gained extensive experience with a variety of patients, and helped manage a dental practice.
Dr. Perez is extremely thankful to be practicing dentistry with an amazing team. Since she was a young girl, her mother and grandmother encouraged her to use her abilities and pursue her passion. Each day, she remembers their encouragement and looks forward to helping the patients at JR Dental Care.
Dr. Dennis Mahan
Dr. Dennis M. Mahan was born and raised in Long Island, New York. He attended State University of New York at Stony Brook and following graduation he attended University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia. After earning his DMD degree, Dr. Mahan received a commission in the United States Navy.
In the Navy, Dr. Mahan served as a general dentist for 6 years before entering the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at University of Illinois Chicago and Northwestern University. During his career he has provided dental care from the Great Lakes to the Arabian Gulf and even to the South Pole. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of oral surgery with special focus on dental implants and orthognathic surgery.
Dr. Mahan has been in Jacksonville for more than 10 years at the Naval Air Station where he recently retired after 30 years in the Navy. Happy to call Jacksonville and St. Augustine his home, he has entered into private practice with Jax Multispecialty Dental Center.
As a dedicated husband and father of 2. Dr. Mahan has many interests outside of his oral surgery specialty, he also enjoys kayaking and fishing.

Dr. Annette Lorenzo-Reyes
Dr. Annette Lorenzo graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Camaguey and earned her dental degree in 2001. After that, Dr. Lorenzo completed a two-year program for Advanced Education in General Dentistry at University of Rochester, and a one-year General Practice Residency training at Rochester General Hospital, NY. She then received a specialty certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics after successfully completing her residency at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics.
Dr. Lorenzo stays up-to-date on the latest orthodontic treatment modalities and continues to learn by participating in continuing education courses yearly. She is an active member of several organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, and the Florida Dental Association. She has also been involved in various community health outreach programs to provide dental care for underserved populations in the U.S., Cuba and Venezuela.

Dr. Allison Johnston
Dr. Johnston grew up in Wilmington, NC and attended North Carolina State University. As a Caldwell Scholar, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Biological Sciences and a minor in Psychology. She had the honor of being awarded membership in Phi Eta Sigma, Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Beta Kappa honor fraternities.
Her passion for working with children and love of science led to her decision to become a pediatric dentist. She completed dental school at the University of Florida Dental School in 2011 and became a Gator fan for life. After dental school, she attended the University of Minnesota for specialty training in pediatric dentistry.
Outside of the office you can find her hanging out with her dogs, cheering on the Gators and enjoying time in the wonderful Florida weather.
Dr. Eric Olson
Dr. Olson has been a resident of the Jacksonville area since 1972, and is currently one of the very few prosthodontists in the Jacksonville area. He graduated from Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach. He received his undergraduate degree at Georgia Tech with a B.S. in the field of chemistry. Dr. Olson then went on to dental school at Emory University and graduated in 1983, continuing at Emory, he went on to complete a two year residency in prosthodontics, which is the only dental specialty recognized by the American Dental Association devoted to restoring and replacing teeth.
When Dr. Olson is not transforming patient smiles he enjoys spending time with his family. His wife, Holly, his daughter, and granddaughter enjoy watching him referee wrestling matches at local high schools. Dr. Olson has officiated at district, regional and state tournaments in the Jacksonville area.
Dr. Olson has been in private practice in 1985. He has been creating beautiful smiles in the Jacksonville area since then. With his extensive training and experience in restorative dentistry, as well as implant restorations, he can easily handle even the most complex cases.
