What dental emergency during the COVID-19 pandemic? Learn more.

  At JR Dental and JAX MDC, our number one priority has always been the health and safety of our patients and staff. As the concern for the COVID-19 has been growing, several leading entities recommends dentist to postpone non-essential dental procedures.  

JR Dental and JAX MDC is following recommendations and we will contact our patients accordingly to move their appointments. To be clear, WE ARE OPEN. We are reducing our services to perform emergency procedures and postponing non-essential treatment, as recommended by the ADA.  

In an effort to remain open during normal hours, and to keep our staff healthy and do our part in helping to stall the spread of COVID-19, we kindly ask any patients who are currently experiencing the following symptoms to call and reschedule their appointments:  

  • Fever  
  • Cough  
  • Shortness of Breath  
  • Chills  
  • Have been exposed to the flu, cold or COVID-19  
  • Have traveled outside of the United States within the last 2 weeks. to countries that are affected by COVID-19    

We are following local and national updates daily and will continue to maintain the highest level of safety and patient care that you have come to expect. If you have any questions regarding your future appointments, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
